With her background both as a neuromuscular therapist/massage therapist (NMT)(LMT) and in the service industry, Misha understands the need for a balance between health+wellness and some indulgence now and again.
Misha has worked in the service industry for twenty six years and has been a practicing NMT/LMT for fourteen years. Customer service is part of who she is. When Covid-19 hit and her massage therapy practice went on hiatus, taking her service skillset online was the next natural fit. Misha heads up FIX’s customer support team.
You could call her a crazy cat lady. Not only does she have 8 cats but she fosters them as well. When she isn’t trying to herd cats, Misha loves playing games of all kinds! From board and card games to video games. She’s also been known to engage in a little role playing campaign on the side.
